This is a brilliant piece of work. Guess I can infer from this idea that blaming bad test scores and the like on socioeconomics or RACE is going out of vogue? Let's hope so.
Don't count on it, Happy Elf Mom. Blaming will always be a popular strategy. It gives people an outlet for their pent-up hostility, and it's so much easier than actually solving the problem.
